All too often we hear about how our customers who have used cleaning companies in the past that would always send different cleaners into their home. This raises a few concerns…
Inconsistent cleanings - With different cleaners coming into your home cleanings will not be the same. Some might be better than others which leaves the customer with an uneasy feeling of “what am I getting today?”
Lack of Trust/Safety - Personally we wouldn’t want new cleaners who we don’t know coming into our home every time they do a cleaning.
Jugdement
We are always saddened when we hear customers talk about past experiences where their cleaners made them feel judged when it comes to the cleanliness of their home.
Bad Communication
A lot of the time we meet people who’ve used cleaning companies in the past and they simply don’t communicate. Sometimes they didn’t show up and wouldn’t say anything about rescheduling their appointment. Others have told us they just don’t respond to their calls or text messages.

Great Communication
Communication would be our top priority when it comes to cleaning your home! We always welcome feedback and changes to best help you accomplish your cleaning goals. We also will communicate if for some reason we need to move your appointment.
Same company, Same Cleaners
Communication being our number one complaint we hear from our customers past cleaners…this would be number two! Either my partner or myself/both will always being there when cleaning your home. We plan on adding 1 or 2 employees but will only clean your home if we are included. What that does is keep the cleanings consistent and makes sure that we don’t forget anything that you have told us to make sure we do.
Judgment Free
If you are a parent, fulltime employee or anything that takes time away from you being able to clean you should never be judged for that. We are all just trying to do our best and be there for our families. We will never judge you on how you live your life. You have that right to live how you want! We are there to help with that feeling of being “embarressed” of your home. We want you help you feel proud of your home!
Our Philosophy
Breakthrough Cleaning will provide consistent and reliable move out quality cleanings from the same trustworthy cleaners.
Initially at Breakthrough Cleaning LLC we wanted to grow our business as large as we possible could, unfortunately we realized that model doesn’t work for the customer needs. Now we know what people are looking for is consistent and reliable cleanings from the same honest cleaners month after month who also communicate well. The only way that this is all possible is if we keep our customer base small and strong. Which is why we created the Cleaners Club. With the Cleaners Club we want to have 4-5 cleanings a day and once we are full we will have a waitlist for those that want to join. The only way you would be able to join the club is if a customer falls off. This is how we solve the massive problems facing the cleaning industry.
